These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jinx LLC website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you must have parental consent to use this website and make purchases.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our site.
3. Products and Services
Jinx LLC specializes in selling guitar pedals and other types of audio equipment. Our products are available exclusively online.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers can return products at their expense within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. A full refund will be issued after we verify that the returned product is undamaged. If the product is damaged, a partial refund will be provided. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty
Our products come with 5-year warranty for the electronic parts of the product. If a product is not functioning upon receipt or within the warranty period, you can contact us for troubleshooting. If the problem is with our product, you may return it at our expense. We will send a replacement product once we receive the original.
4. Payment and Billing
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments and use CaSys, 3D 2.0 Secure by Visa and MasterCard to process payments. Your billing information is encrypted and stored in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Please note: All prices are displayed in USD. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate when converting to Macedonian Denar (MKD), which could result in slight price variations. This is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
Jinx LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. We may limit quantities or cancel orders, particularly those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
If your order is canceled or modified, we will notify you via the email and/or billing address provided at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship internationally, starting with the USA, and use DHL and International Post for deliveries. Shipping costs vary by region, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. More countries will be added to our shipping list soon.
6. Pricing
All product prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
7. Refunds and Returns
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued after the product is returned and inspected for damage. If the product is undamaged, a full refund will be given minus shipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened and damaged by customers. Please avoid attempting repairs or modifications on your own. We will inspect the returned product for signs of tampering or customer-inflicted damage. If damage is confirmed, only a partial refund will be provided.
8. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate information, but we are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or other content. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as social media or partners. We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of third-party websites, and users access these sites at their own risk.
10. User-Generated Content
We allow customers to post reviews and comments on our products. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of our Terms.

16. VAT and Customs Tax Duties
All VAT and additional costs, such as customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Jinx LLC will not cover any VAT or customs charges incurred during the import process. It is the customer’s duty to ensure they are aware of and comply with the applicable taxes and fees in their jurisdiction before making a purchase. Any delays, costs, or issues arising from unpaid taxes or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
