Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use, we may deduct a refurbishing fee from your refund. If there are damages to the product, a partial refund will be issued. If the product is returned in its original condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the shipping fees.
Please note that the return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. To start a return, contact us at contact@jinxpedals.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. We do not offer prepaid return labels at this time.
Warranty Returns
If a product is not functioning upon receipt, you can contact us for troubleshooting. If the issue is confirmed to be a fault in our product, we will send a brand-new product at no additional cost once we receive the returned item. Please contact us before shipping for further instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Opened or damaged products that show signs of customer tampering, such as attempts to repair or modify the product, are non-returnable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. This process usually takes up to five business days from the time we receive the product. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 15 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds will be issued in USD.
Return and refund requests must be initiated within the 14-day window after receiving your product.
Refunds will not cover any import taxes, duties, or VAT paid by the customer upon receiving the product. Customers are responsible for all applicable fees upon receiving their orders
