Are There Any Import Taxes on Jinx Pedals in the USA?
Effective August 1, 2025, U.S. customers importing goods from North Macedonia will be charged a 15% flat import tariff. All duties will be billed to the consignee at customs clearance. Our company is not responsible for paying these duties—the tariff cost is borne by the customer/importer of record.
Who pays for international Duties & Taxes?
All duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer. Jinx Pedals will not pay the duties and taxes for your nation.
If duties and taxes are refused by the buyer and the package is returned to Jinx Pedals, we will issue a partial refund (minus the costs associated with the shipping of the product).
Can I get a general advice from a tech for my pedalboard setup?
Yes, we’re happy to answer any of your questions regarding you pedalboard setup! Contact us using our contact form, which can be found in the navigation bar under “CONTACT”. We will try to answer your questions as fast as we can!
What type of power supply do Jinx pedals require?
All of our pedals use a standard 9V DC adapter, center negative, unless specified on the individual pedal’s datasheet. We recommend using a power supply that has isolated power ports and which are made specifically for guitar pedals. One example for such power supply is the VoodooLab PP2+. Using a proper power supply is one of the most important steps in building a professional pedalboard. Having a bad power supply can introduce interference between the pedals on your pedalboard resulting in a background noise and other anomalies. Avoid using “daisy-chain” power supply in order to have the best performance setup. Our pedals use external power supply and have no battery option.
How much current do Jinx pedals need?
Since our pedals are purely analog, they don’t require too much current. You can find the exact value of power requirements for each product in the datasheet on the products page.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We will ship your order in as little as 1-3 days.
International shipping can take up from 5 to 7 days.
Do you ship your products internationaly?
Yes, we ship our products internationally via DHL – Express.
