2. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international locations.
  • Orders within the USA are shipped via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery.
  • International shipping options may vary based on the destination.

3. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Time

  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Shipping to the USA is handled via DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, with a flat fee of 40$.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers outside North Macedonia are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country.
  • Jinx Pedals does not cover these additional costs, and they must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.
  • If an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through the DHL website or your local postal service once it reaches your country.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us at contact@jinxpedals.com
  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage for assistance.

8. Return Shipping

  • If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for shipping costs.
